Delivery & Pickup Policy

Please enter your phone number or invoice number to track the status of your furniture or mattress delivery. 



We offer flat rate in-home delivery for $99 within the DFW Metroplex. We currently do not deliver outside the DFW Metroplex.
White Glove delivery is offered for $148 (entire order) and we take care of everything; full assembly, placement and clean up of all items on order!
After your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange delivery based on your availablility. 

Customer pick-ups can be completed at any of our BT Furnishings locations. Please note, we must verify your photo ID and credit card matches the card holder's name before releasing pickups. The original card holder must be present during pickup, no exceptions. 

Once your order is placed, we will reach out to schedule your delivery or pickup. This typically occurs within two (2) business days. Most orders deliver within 5 business days from the purchase date. 

Prepare for your delivery

It is your responsiblity to ensure that the merchandise will fit thorugh all access points (doors, stairs, halls, elevators, etc.) and will fit in the intended room. All of the areas must be cleared before the delivery team arrives. Failure to prepare these areas for delivery may prevent delivery from occuring and may result in re-delivery charges. For tight spaces, a damage waiver may need to be signed prior to attempting delivery. 

Receive your delivery

Use our delivery tracking to track the status of your delivery. An authorized person 18+ years old must be present during delivery to accept, inspect, and sign for receipt of merchandise is in a satisfactory condition. If no authorized adult is present, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to reschedule the delivery. To prevent injury, children should not be present in or near the delivery room or access points, and pets must be secured during the delivery. We are not permitted to move your existing furniture, electronics, or other household belongings, and we cannot set up lamps, hang pictures or mirrors on walls, or make electrical connections for entertainment units.  Although we take extreme care when delivering your merchandise, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur to your property or possessions while the delivery is in progress. Due to safety regulations, the delivery team must wear closed-toe shoes in your home. The delivery team may walk through wet or dirty areas before entering your residence. Please ensure your carpet, rugs, and floors are protected. Upon delivery, promptly inspect the merchandise for damage or other defects prior to signing the delivery documents. We cannot be responsible for unreported damages that are not identified and reported at the time of delivery. 

Unable to deliver

If we're not able to deliver due to product not fitting through access points or refusal, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Re-delivery shall also be subject to an additional charge. If merchandise needs to be picked up from your home for a return, you will be charged another delivery fee and a restocking fee in accordance with our return policy. Delivery fees and Assembly fees are not refundable after services are rendered.
