if you feel it does not work in your home, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of pick up or delivery for reselection, credit or refund.
- For full credit, all returned merchandise must accompany the original sales receipt and must be in the same condition as when purchased, complete with all accessories, instructions and hardware.
- Original delivery fee will not be refunded, and customer will be charged an additional $99 delivery fee if replacement furniture is selected and delivery is required or if BT is required to pick up the returned item(s).
- Mattresses may be returned, provided that a mattress protector was purchased when the mattress was purchased, evidenced on the receipt.
- “As is”, Floor Models, clearance items and bedding may not be returned.
