BT Furnishings does not accept returns or exchanges on floor models, clearance, AS-IS merchandise and bedding products. Products with stains, odors or pet hair cannot be returned or exchanged.
BT Furnishings will refund the cost of the item minus a 15% restocking fee. Delivery and assembly fees are not refundable.
If your item was delivered with damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery to have your item repaired or replaced. BT Furnishings will repair or replace the item at our sole discretion.
You can visit any of our locations during store hours to process your return. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and original payment method to efficiently process your return. If you would like to verify your item is eligible for return or need assistance, please contact us with your order number and item name.
We will immediately process your refund to the original payment method. However, it may take up to ten (10) business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. This is dependent on your credit card or bank provider, and is out of our control. Financed returns vary by lender but typically posts to your account within fourteen (14) business days.
